“It all started many years ago in Evelyn Dorsey’s, my beloved grandmother’s, kitchen,” Donneshia shares. “I learned from the best and I know good food when I taste it. I remember swinging on my grandmother’s apron as she lovingly taught me all about cooking and baking.” This charming New Orleans native knows her way around the kitchen and decided to take her passion for food to the public by starting a home-based bakery business designing signature gourmet apples which quickly flourished into much more. Habout Dem Apples desserts rapidly became renowned for their rich flavor, and high quality. Habout Dem Apples is well on its way to becoming a household name and is the talk of the Bay Area, New Orleans, and more places to come.
